Went to KL for my kuzin's engagement ceremony.

Holidays never fail to Refresh me.

Convoy-travelling has never been so much Fun!

Especially with the walky-talkies.
Not to mention all the hassles of trying to ensure and navigate ALL 4-5 cars were not lost in the midst of heavy traffics or the winding & complicated unknown strange roads.

Each car was given one walky-talky..

And we cld all chat amongst each other and navigate our way.

I did made an appointment..

And Finally..

I went to the Dentist.

Amazingly the Dentist was really friendly, non-intimidating and warm.

It was pretty Nerve-wrecking..

when all u hear from the waiting rm..

for almost an hour.

I waited for an hour.

i have been going over to her house for the whole week.

Cook Lunch..

Clean up the kitchen..

coz i have to rush to my nenek's house by noon.

to fetch my lil kuzin frm skool.

help her cook lunch and the rest of the chores.

when my aunt or her husband returns frm work..

my dad wld fetch me on his way back frm work.

My shift is over.

When i reached there..

Called the home even.

No one answered.

Wonder where she has gone to..

I supposed she went to the shop downstairs.

So i went to look for her.

She wasnt there.

Called her again.

In the end she picked up.

She WAS at home all the while!

Well..

i guess she didnt hear..

I went up.

Rang the bell..

Beri salam..

NO response.

But i cld hear her busy at the kitchen.

I actually..

Had to wait for 5 mins outside

until she came to open the gate for me.

Then she said..

" Tadi talipon dari rumah ayu eh? Asal cepat sgt dah sampai?"

I replied..

"Tak. Tadi ayu talipon dari bawah blok.."

Then she added..

"Oh.. Tapi, kalo gitu apasal lama sangat sampai?"

?!?!?!

Im NOt going to tell her that all the while..

i was waiting for her..

to appear and open the gate for me..

And that ..

she didnt hear me?!

I cant do that!

She wld be so hurt..

So all i cld reply was..

"Oh tak.. Tadi ayu pegi kedai skjap.."

she knows that her hearing is worsening.

Especially like my nenek..

who is so used to being independent.

she still refused to wear the hearing aid.

she even forgets to turn off the tap or gas

And that is Why i cant let her alone.

i went to visit her for one day only.

Coz i think she is better now.

she insists that i should not visit her that often..

Just found out that my nenek fell and hurt her head.

She had stitches.

To Dad with Love.

Well.. Somebody is getting Everything..

It was my dad's birthday last week.

My mum was torn between buying a

Massage chair or a Sofa for him.

Well..

It was my idea to buy him a massage chair.

Coz recently,

he had been complaining of bodyaches.

And i was the one who alwaes have to give him a massage tau.

And of course..

When asked..

He chose the Massage chair

Massage chair is obviously the more expensive choice.

At first, my mum decided to buy the sofa coz his choice was a lil beyond her budget.

Well..

it can be seen that he was kinda disappointed.

Seeing his dissapointment..

The whole family decided that we wouldnt mind forgoing the sofa this yr.

We cld buy it nxt yr.

So my mum ordered it the nxt day

and asked to be delivered on his birthday.

All this was done without his knowing.

On the day itself,

me n my aunt went to pasar to buy ingredients

coz i wana whip up a grand seafood meal for my dear dad.

heh.

It was really fun..

Cooking.

We cooked..

Ikan bakar, Black pepper crabs, Mussels and Kailan.

Yummy...

Just for my dear Dad

BUt to our surprise,

he came home early that day.

And we havent even start cooking!

And the chair havent even arrived!

Yikes!

There goes our surprise..

So we came up wif plan B.

My mum took half day and asked him to pick her up.

She will then bring him to see furnitures

At last he's gone..

The chair finally came.

Cook was cooked.

But still..

they havent returned.

I was so hungry that i cld eat a horse seh..

We waited and waited..

At last they finally came back.

My dad's face was priceless when he saw the chair.

Well it was actualli covered with a blanket and a bow and well wishes pasted on it..

Well..

We cant possibly wrap dat huge thing up.

eh we bought sofa u know.

I looked at my mum.

She just shrugged and said..

we heard d doorbell..

Only to realise the sofa that they ordered had already came.

It was almost 3!

When are we going to eat our lunch!!
